Hello Friends! We have kinda neglected the blog since... well, since we started it. Things have been busy around here! But we're back with a new goal: to post once a week. Here goes.
In January, we went to the New York International Gift Fair. We always love an excuse to escape to New York. This time it snowed...and it was really REALLY cold! I am talking wind chills at zero! After it warmed up we took a walk on the upper west side, and cut down by the Dakota. Guess who we saw coming out of the gate? Yes...Yoko Ono! She just walked down the street in the direction we were going, so we fell in step behind her all the way over to Amsterdam!
While we were on the Upper West Side, we found a great coffee shop called Irving Farms. I LOVE their coffee, especially the Gotham blend. I have already depleted what I brought back and ordered more!
On Monday night we attended a lovely wine reception at Dempsey & Carroll on the Upper East Side. We saw many lovely new spring releases there! If you have never been there, stop in and browse on your next trip to NY. I promise you will find wonderful engraving and much hospitality.
At the NYIGF we saw so many wonderful things. The most clever and beautiful ones were purchased for the store. They should all be arriving soon so be sure to stop by soon to see the new items joining Ménage, like these adorable cards from Moglea.
